Returns & Exchanges
DC Shoes accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original packaging, within 30 days of placing your order.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise that shows signs of wear, scent or damage will not be accepted for return. Goods marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded, returned to the sender and will be disposed of on site.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note that if you use our shipping label the costs of that shipment will be deducted from the amount of your return. Returns may take up to 3-7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered.
Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from support@dcshoes.com will take longer to refund and may not be eligible for return.

Orders paid with Klarna: Once your refund has been processed, it will automatically be routed to Klarna, and updated in your payment plan. For additional information, please reach out to Klarna support.
