World Suicide Prevention Day
Tell Your People You Love Them
In support of World Suicide Prevention Day, we hope to challenge everyone in our global DC community to: Tell Your People You Love Them. This simple act of checking in can have a profound effect, especially when so many people are feeling isolated or experiencing challenges with mental health and depression for the very first time. No shame. No stigmas. Just human beings helping each other to keep pushing.
For anyone grappling with thoughts of suicide, please know that you’re not alone. You’re loved—and there are some great resources available for help. We’ve collected a few here:
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

1-800-273-TALK (8255)
